Specify from elastic cables, steel springs or two sizes of web strap bed.
Each version offers a different level of bounce:
Solid nylon bed version with elastics is the most popular. It is also offered with steel springs which gives slightly more bounce.
The webbed bed versions are both supplied with steel springs (more bounce), the 13mm webbed bed version being "the best" although typically specified by top gymnasts.
